Siberian Larch is a tough and durable wood that can be used for exterior decking and deck boards, fencing applications, it can be fitted without the need for any preservative treatments, however we would always recommend to apply a finish to ensure the wood is protected to avoid potential warping, cracking or uneven weathering. This wood is one of the most popular and durable natural softwoods in the world. It has a beautiful golden brown color. Larch can be stained or oiled to give it a different look. It is one of the densest commercial softwoods for use on both private and commercial projects. 

Siberian Larch sourced from slow growing cold regions of Siberia and selected for the durable heartwood. It performs almost as well as species like the European oak. This wood is dense and resinous and hardwearing. Siberian larch (Larix sibirica) is also known as Russian larch or Larix Siberianica.
